No worries! Please email us as soon as you realize you’ve made a mistake on your order. Most orders can be corrected within an hour or two of being placed. Please make sure to also include your order number in the message so we know which order you’re taking about.

Once we ship your order, you'll receive an email which includes a USPS tracking number. Simply go to the USPS shipment tracking website and input the tracking number provided in our email. If for any reason the tracking number isn't working, please email us and we will be glad to help you. Please make sure to include your order number.

After placing an order using a credit card, you will be charged immediately and an order confirmation email will be sent. Should your card be declined, we will not take any payment and no confirmation email will be sent. Rather, your item(s) will remain in the shopping cart until a valid credit card is used to process the transaction, at which point you will receive the order confirmation email.

Our gift certificates come in a variety of denominations and can be emailed directly to the recipient, which includes its value and instructions on how to easily redeem it in our store.

You may exchange your item within 21 days of the delivery date. Please note that we only accept exchanges on items that are unworn & unwashed (sorry, no exceptions). Items returned to us for exchange must have the original tags still affixed and must be in new condition. Approved exchanges are issued in the form of either an item exchange or store credit. If you wish to exchange one of your items, please follow the instructions below:
WHAT CAN BE EXCHANGED:
- Items that arrive damaged
- Items that have printing errors, such as misshapen prints, faded/fuzzy prints etc.
- Incorrect/wrong items
HOW TO PROCESS AN EXCHANGE:
- To exchange an item, please contact BigBadTees via our contact page. Please include your order number and the reason for the exchange (describe the nature of the issue/what is wrong with the item)
- Once your message is received, a BigBadTees customer service agent will contact you within 24 hours -
From time to time we put items on sale, however we do not offer price guarantees. As such, we are unable to issue partial refunds if an item that you purchased goes on sale after you bought it. To avoid this, you can subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on Instagram – we use these outlets to make you aware of upcoming sales and promotions.

Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers and you can only use one coupon per order. Coupons cannot be applied to items that are already on sale. While our orders ship from the United States, our head office is actually in Toronto, Canada. If you were charged tax, it’s because you live in the province of Ontario and we’re legally obligated to collect it on in-province purchases. Oh, Canada!

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or additional taxes depending on the country we’re shipping to. Please understand that we have no control over these fees. Want to know if your order may be affected? Please consult your local post office and ask them about extra fees regarding international shipping in your country and let them know your package shipped from the USA. No, we cannot mark your international package as a gift - sorry!

Yep, we do. We offer free first-class USPS shipping on all domestic US orders to all 50 states. Shipping outside of the USA is not free (insert sad emoji). Shipping to Canada has its own pricing structure. Shipping outside Canada and the US is considered international, and also has a unique pricing structure. On all Canadian and international orders, shipping fees are calculated and displayed to you at checkout. Our rates are extremely competitive:

Yep. While all US orders include free first-class USPS shipping, we also have several upgrade options available that are presented to you at checkout. Each option will include an estimated delivery time and an associated cost.

That all depends on what you order. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. Note that our products are made-to-order and the
processing time is not included in the shipping time estimate. Meaning, the shipping time starts once the items are processed and out the door, and you'll
receive an email as soon as your order ships. In all cases, we try to get orders processed and shipped as quickly as possible, and we’re pretty darned
good at it.

When filling out an order, we kindly ask that you double check your shipping location info to ensure its accuracy. Orders that are returned to us due to non-delivery will need to be re-shipped at your expense. If your order is returned to us, we will contact you via email to collect a re-ship fee. Once paid, we’ll send your order back out immediately. If for some reason the shipping issue was an error on our end, we’ll email you to make you aware of the delay and will ship it back to you at our expense.

Yep! During checkout, a drop-down menu will show all the countries we deliver to. Simply choose the country you want your order shipped to and we'll calculate the shipping fee accordingly. If your country is not on the list, then sorry but we don’t ship there.

If you have an issue with your tracking number, please email us and we’ll look into it for you right away. Please include your order number in the message. To get the maximum lifespan out of your shirt, we recommend turning it inside out and washing in cold water only, using a mild detergent and setting your machine on a gentle cycle. Keep colors with colors and whites with whites. For drying, we recommend a gentle, low or no-heat setting. As our shirts are 100% cotton, there may be some shrinkage in the garment if you machine-dry it right away. We recommend hang-drying your shirt for the first few washes to preserve its size and shape, but do expect a bit of shrinkage (roughly 5%), and please take this into consideration when selecting your size. Oh, and do NOT dry clean and do NOT iron!

When you buy a SOTMC subscription either for yourself or as a gift for someone else, you or your gift recipiant will receive redemption codes via email. The first redemption code will be sent right away after the purchase, followed by additional redemption code emails on the first of the month for the duration of the subscription. Simply come to our store, select a shirt, enter the SOTMC redemption code from the email you/your recipiant received into the “discount code” field at checkout, and VOILÁ! The price will show as zero, and you can complete your transaction. It’s really easy.

SOTMC codes expire 1 year after the final month of the subscription. BUT, they don’t have to be redeemed right away. Use the code as soon as you get it, or stockpile and spend them all at once. We don’t care. Just make sure to use them before they expire.

Nope! Each redemption code is good for one t-shirt, including free first-class USPS shipping. If you wish to pay extra for faster service, that’s up to you. Shipping upgrade options will be presented to you at checkout, but as long as you select the free shipping option, the cost is included.

We don’t have an auto-renew feature BUT the final email of your subscription period will remind you that it is the last code and will encourage you to manually renew. The email will provide a link to the SOTMC product page where you can easily re-up and keep the good times rollin’.
